
Renee Siegel, who received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina in psychology, has always had a strong interest in integrating body, mind and spiritual principles in working with clients in counseling. After receiving a master's degree in marriage and family psychology from Wayne State University, she began her career treating individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol problems. Renee worked in a several inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and private practice settings. She also worked with a variety of patient populations including women, men, adolescent and dually diagnosed.
Renee is a nationally certified gambling counselor. She has specialized in treating gamblers since 1994 and has a special interest in helping family members. Because of her compulsive gambling expertise, Renee has presented locally and nationally, appeared in the media, trained other treatment professionals, and published articles on the subject.
ABC Wellness Centre is Renee's vision. In order to expand that vision and to positively touch as many lives as possible, Renee has put together some truly unique programs and services. Renee has been working with Helen Palmer to incorporate the Enneagram system into ABC Wellness Centre. Renee and Helen have put together an exciting DVD, Nine Points of View, about the Enneagram, which can be purchased at the Scottsdale location and will be available on our website soon. Along with Judith Sugg, PhD, Renee has published a 15- session interactive DVD and family workbook. Also on Renee's radar is how financial issues relate to problem gambling and she will be releasing a book on the topic in the Fall. Recently, Renee collaborated with Rick Benson, of ABC Algamus, to open a gambling-specific residential treatment center in Prescott, Arizona; it is the first of its kind in the State. Renee is currently working to open a similar treatment center for women in Scottsdale, Arizona. The new center, scheduled to open in October, will be dedicated specifically to meeting the needs of female gamblers.
Renee is Executive Director and owner of ABC Wellness Centre, which has locations in both Scottsdale and Mesa, Arizona. The "ABC" part of the Centre's name refers to Awareness, Balance and Connection, the formula Renee believes is the framework for a strong recovery program. Comprehensive treatment utilizing the wellness philosophy is available for individuals and families struggling with addictions and other compulsive behaviors.



Kathryn Elliott-Hudson, M. Ed, NCC, LISAC, NCGC-II, BACC, a nationally certified counselor (NCC), is licensed in substance abuse treatment, having worked in this area for almost 20 years. She began treating gamblers in 1998 as a State of Michigan gambling treatment program provider and is one of the few nationally certified compulsive gambling counselors in Arizona.
Since 2003, Kathryn has been affiliated with ABC Wellness Centre in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is the clinical director and a provider in the State of Arizona Treatment Assistant Program for gamblers. Kathryn facilitates addiction/codependency groups and has developed an addictions group especially for compulsively disordered women aged 55+. Kathryn is a practitioner of Thought Field Therapy (TFT), having received training on the Algorithm level.
Kathryn's special interests include legal issues as they impact gamblers and family members. Kathryn has presented locally and nationally on this topic. Other interests include late onset female gamblers, trauma and addictions, Internet abuse, and adult children of dysfunctional families.
Kathryn has a Master's degree in counseling from Penn State University and has done advanced study at Michigan State, University of Michigan, Arizona State University, and Rutgers School for Alcohol Studies. She is a member of Iota Alpha Delta Counseling Honorary. Kathryn maintains memberships in the National Council on Problem Gambling, the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC), the American Counseling Association, and Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), and the Association for Thought Field Therapy. Kathryn is a Board Approved Clinical Consultant (BACC) through the NCPG.




Darryl Doss, Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), has been licensed in treating substance abuse for the past 15 years. He has clinical experience in educating clients on the disease concept of addiction through individual sessions, written assignments, group therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, continuing care group therapy, and family therapy. He has spent 9 of those years working with adolescents and their families, using individual and group therapy to help them to understand that addiction is a family disease. He also spent 6 years working for Valley Hope Association in both their inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Darryl has been in recovery for over 21 years. His passion for helping people in the community overcome their addictions has proven that he understands the needs of his clients, giving them the tools to live a healthier lifestyle.

Angie Corsini, RN graduated from St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing in Toledo, Ohio. Her nursing experience includes Hemodyalisis, Post Renal Transplants, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery, with specialization in Neonatal ICU. Later she worked as a Clinical Supervisor for a home health agency in the Chicago area. Angie also served 3 years active duty as a Naval Nurse Corp Officer.
After serving in the US Navy, Angie went to Cosmetology School and earned her certification as a Cosmetologist. Upon moving to Arizona in 1994, she started her own business as a hair designer. Through this creative work she has experienced what it is like to work in front of the mirror every day. Everything is a reflection of who we are at the core of our Being. "I love bringing out the inner beauty in everyone. We all have it, and we just need to see it."
Angie expanded on her innate healing gifts by seeking higher truths. Shortly after moving to Arizona, Angie was diagnosed with cancerous thyroid nodules. This situation became her greatest teacher in life. Her faith and belief in God/Source was truly her connection to realize a healthy state of body, mind and spirit. As her healing began, she sought out alternative forms of natural healing in conjunction with traditional medicine. As she continued her journey, she completed a year long Reiki Master apprenticeship with Carrlyn Clay, studied Theta Healing with Vianna Stibal, and was guided to Drunvalo Melchizedek and many other teachers and healers. She is a student and a colleague of Derek O'Neill, a Master Healer/Teacher from Dublin, Ireland. She has traveled throughout the world to the ancient mystical sites of Peru, Tibet, Nepal, Egypt, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA. Angie is a Reiki Master; a Teacher and Practitioner of the Rising Star™, and Prema Birthing™, Healing Systems; as well as a More Truth Will Set You Free Workshop™ Facilitator. Angie also teaches the Prema Agni™ and Prema Dharmadhatu™ symbols. Angie brings these healing gifts to all those seeking wholeness and wellness. She is dedicated to serving and awakening the Light in all peoples throughout the world.
